Cub Back to Basics Day

At the beginning of July the Cubs enjoyed a fun filled ‘Back to Basics’ Day at Kings Oak. They used their survival skills to build a dining shelter before collecting wood to make their own fires and cook dinner. They then hiked on Headley Heath before making sure Box Hill knew 1st Cheam Cubs were there by singing their hearts out around the campfire before ending the day with swiss roll and hot chocolate.
