Cub Scouts (8-10.5 yrs)

Our Cub Scout Pack can have up to 30 Cub Scouts and is split into smaller groups called Sixes. Cubs take part in a wide range of activities designed to be interesting and challenging.

Our adventurous programmes aim to offer the widest range of activities for young people in this age range to encourage them to become self-reliant, self-confident and an asset to the community.

A Cub Scout meeting consists of games and activities with plenty of time spent outdoors. This enables our Cubs to begin to learn how to work together as teams within their ‘Sixes’ as well as getting active and ‘letting off steam’
Camps and holidays are some of the most memorable events of the year for Cubs.

We also concentrate on enabling our Cubs to work through their skills and challenge badges and to gain the Chief Scout Silver award.

• Cubs -Thursday 6.45pm – 8.15pm

Friday 5.30pm – 6.45pm

Tuesday 7.15pm – 9.15pm
