Supporting young people is worthwhile, rewarding and fun.
Our thriving Beaver Colony is full of highly engaged and enthusiastic young people (ages 6 – 8 years). With almost 30 members, Monday night activities are a highlight of the week for many of our Beavers and are great fun to take part in.
Hundreds of young people have benefitted from, and enjoyed their time with the 1st Cheam Beavers and in order to continue we urgently need adult support from people who have a real desire to work with young people and to lead, inspire and help our Beavers gain skills for life by becoming a Team Member with the Beavcer Team. group-teams-section-team-pdf-12-may-2023

We also have a vacancy for a Group Lead Volunteer to take on the overall responsibility for leading the Group Leadership Team as a whole, setting its’ direction and ensuring that 1st Cheam can continue to provide excellent Scouting opportunities to young people in the Cheam area now and into the future. group-leadership-team-pdf-12-may-2023
