Please note         

1. This event is being held outdoors so please wrap up warm under your outfits and bring a coat. 

2. Parking is extremely limited near the site so we would ask parents to car share when dropping off and picking up (please let us know in advance  who will be picking your child up if you are not doing so yourself). 

3. Numbers will be restricted depending on the number of leaders or adults so tickets will be issued on a first come first served basis.
